My brokerage connection is failing with error code 403

A brokerage has made a change to their connection code and Yodlee needs to make the appropriate changes to accommodate the update. The recommendation is to try the connection again the following day, if it is still a problem contact our support team at support@stockrover.com.

If your brokerage connection is failing, don’t Remove your Brokerage Connection

We recommend to never remove your brokerage connection if it starts to fail. This will cause you to lose your historical data. We first recommend trying to force an update, follow the steps to Edit Credentials seen above. If the connection continues to fail, please contact our support team at support@stockrover.com.
