Financial Strength Tab

The Financial Strength tab assesses a company’s solvency and liquidity, providing a clear picture of its ability to meet long-term obligations and short-term liabilities. By evaluating debt levels and interest obligations, this tab helps you identify companies with robust balance sheets compared to their industry peers.

As shown in the screenshot below, the Financial Strength tab is organized into several key analytical sections:

  • Financial Strength Industry Percentiles: This section displays the company’s percentile rank (from 0 to 100) within its industry for Total Debt/Equity, Interest Coverage Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Equity/Share Yr. Change.
  • Historical Leverage Graphs: These visual charts track Total Debt/Equity and the Interest Coverage Ratio over a 10-year period, allowing you to see if a company is becoming more leveraged or if its ability to service debt is improving.
  • Peer Financial Strength Ratings: This provides a direct ranking of the company’s financial health score against other specific competitors in the same industry.
  • Peer Analysis Table: This interactive table compares the company’s financial strength rating to peers that rank immediately above or below it, offering broader context through additional balance sheet metrics.
