Does the Premium plan come with email support?

Yes, all current Premium plans include support. You can add prioritized hotline support for $30/quarter or $100/year or $160/two-years based on the Premium plan you have. Requests from Premium accounts with support are treated with higher priority and we guarantee a response to all requests from Premium accounts with support within a reasonable time frame.
