This error can happen when the name of your portfolio or watchlist matches a ticker symbol in our database and you try to add that ticker to a portfolio or a watchlist.
To fix the problem, you will have to rename your portfolio or watchlist that matches the ticker name to another non-conflicting name in order to be be able to add the new symbol.
To rename a portfolio or watchlist, you can right-click on the portfolio or watchlist and then select the rename option from the ensuing menu. Then give the portfolio or watchlist a name that is not a ticker symbol.
