Getting an Asset Breakdown

ETF and fund asset allocation information can be found in the ETF and Fund Asset Breakdown View, which in turn is found in the ETF & Fund View folder in the Stock Rover Table.

To display the asset allocation information, we first must select our dataset containing the tickers we wish to investigate. In our example below, we are using the tickers from the Top 25 ETFs by Market Cap watchlist. We then select the Table layout, and finally the desired view, which is the ETF & Fund Asset Breakdown view.

Table View Selection ETF Asset Breakdown

The ETF & Fund Asset Breakdown View contains the asset dispersion information for the ETF or fund, based on the asset categories in which the individual holdings reside, weighted by holding size.

The Asset Breakdown view shows the percentage of the ETF or fund in each asset category. The categories are as follows:

  • U.S. Stock
  • Non U.S. Stock
  • U.S. Bond
  • Non U.S. Bond
  • Preferred
  • Convertible
  • Cash
  • Other

The screenshot below shows an example of the Asset Breakdown view for the ETFs in the Top 25 ETFs by Market Cap watchlist.
