What are your support policies?

We want to make sure you get off to a great start with Stock Rover, so we offer indvidualized email support for free to users in their first 30 days of using Stock Rover. We also offer free individualized email support during the Premium Trial period. After the trial period is over, email support is only available to users who upgrade to a Premium plan. All new Premium users have individualized email support included in their membership. Premium users also have the option of adding our prioritized hotline support for an additional $30/quarter, $100/year or $160/two-years for the Premium quarterly, yearly, and two-year plans respectively. This policy allows us to offer excellent, responsive email support to both paying users and those who are new to the Stock Rover platform, while keeping costs down for all users. We encourage users without guaranteed email support to use the many training resources on our website. Just select from the Resources menu at the top of the page to find video tutorials, help documentation, and more.

Please note that we read and consider ALL email we receive from users, including those who have not purchased an email support plan—we just cannot guarantee a response. We sincerely appreciate feedback from all our users—please do not hesitate to email us with feedback or concerns.
