To create a snapshot, right-click a screener in the Navigation panel and select ‘Snapshot Screener Results’.

A confirmation message will appear, and your new static watchlist will be added to the Screener Results folder under Watchlists.

In the example below, a snapshot of the Capital Efficiency screener is shown. By maintaining snapshots over time, you build a structured historical database of your strategy’s output.

Select the desired historical screener snapshots using the checkboxes.
Right-click any column header in the Table and choose Group By ➡ Watchlist.

I have select the check boxes of two historical screener snapshots in the table layout. But when I right-click a column “Group by” is grayed out and cannot be selected. I there a way to turn it on?

In the upper right corner of the Table, you’ll see two buttons side by side: Watchlists and Stocks. These control how the Table is summarized, and you’ll want to select Stocks rather than Watchlists.

When Watchlists is selected, the Table displays a single row per watchlist. When Stocks is selected, it displays a row for each individual stock. This is the view you want for grouping by ticker.
