Contacting Stock Rover by Phone

We do not publish a phone number on our website, but if you would like to speak with a member of the Stock Rover team, we’d be happy to give you a call. Please email us at with your phone number, the best time to reach you, and the reason for the call. Note we only call during our business hours (M–F, 9AM–5PM Eastern Time).

We apologize for the extra step in reaching a team member by phone, but we do not provide a public phone number for two primary reasons. The first is we offer unlimited prioritized hotline support on a subscription basis to our Premium users. Premium users who have paid for prioritized hotline support are given a number to call any time during business hours. This helps us keep the cost of Stock Rover low for all users while providing excellent, prioritized support to those who wish to have it.

The second reason for not publishing our phone number is that it allows us to run a more streamlined operation, and thereby keep costs low for all our users, by not having to dedicate support resources toward fielding unsolicited inbound sales calls that are unrelated to our core company mission.
