Terms of Service — Stock Rover Alerts (Messaging Terms)
These Messaging Terms govern your enrollment in and use of the Stock Rover Alerts text-message program operated by [Stock Rover, LLC] ("Stock Rover," "we," "us"). By enabling text alerts and providing your mobile number, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program description
Stock Rover Alerts is a transactional notification service that sends text messages based on stock and portfolio alert conditions you configure in your Stock Rover account (for example, price thresholds and technical indicators). Messages are informational and account-related; this is not a marketing program.
Example messages:
Stock Rover Alert: [TICKER] exceeded $[PRICE]. The price was [VALUE] at [H:MM AM/PM] ET.Stock Rover Alert: [TICKER] crossed above its [INDICATOR]. [Your alert note]
2. Consent and opt-in
You enroll by enabling text alerts and entering your mobile number in your Stock Rover account settings. By doing so, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of that number and consent to receive automated alert texts from Stock Rover. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the alerts you set up. By default you will receive no more than 4 messages per day; this limit is configurable in your account settings. If you reach your daily limit, we will notify you and pause further texts until the next day.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Stock Rover does not charge for the alerts, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply. Check your plan for details.
5. Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will not receive further texts unless you re-enroll. You may also turn off text alerts in your account settings.

7. Supported carriers and carrier disclaimer
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed.
8. Not investment advice
Stock Rover Alerts and their contents are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Alert delivery and timing are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon for time-sensitive trading.
9. Accuracy and changes
You agree to keep your mobile number current and to notify us or update your settings if your number changes or is reassigned. We may modify or discontinue the program, or these Terms, at any time; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
